T.O.A. Asian Fusion | Farmingdale, Long Island

When I went to visit Sarah a few weeks ago, we dined at the beautiful T.O.A. Asian Fusion restaurant in Farmingdale. We tried so many delicious things, so I wanted to share with you all some of the amazing food we had!

DRINKS

First up was their signature cocktails! I had the lychee martini and Sarah ordered their coconut margarita. Both drinks were beautiful. A little strong for this non-drinker, but none the less beautiful and delicious.

APPETIZERS

We ordered 4 different dishes for appetizers. First up, we ordered some crab rangoon, which is deep-fried Asian dumpling stuffed with cream cheese, crab meat. Then we had some spring rolls, which is crispy vegetable spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. Both were so good and tasty!

Then I ordered a dish called the “Crunchy Crunchy Crunchy”, which is spicy tuna layered with crispy wasabi seaweed crackers with eel sauce & wasabi mayo. I loved this dish way more than I thought. It was so tasty and they combination of everything was perfection. Finally, we ordered the Pan Fried Pork Bun, which I always enjoy!

MAIN DISHES

Since Sarah doesn’t eat sushi, I ordered a dish for myself. I ordered the Sushi & Sashimi Combo for one, which had 5 pieces assorted sushi and 10 pieces sashimi with a shrimp tempura roll. I also ordered the vegetable lo mein and absolutely loved this dish! Sarah ordered the Crispy Chicken dish, which is shredded chicken sautéed in szechuan sauce. She loved her dish!

Dessert Time

For dessert, we split two! The pineapple sorbet was amazing! It tasted fresh, and delicious! This sorbet comes in many other fruit flavors, but I highly recommend the pineapple. We also ordered a chocolate molten lava cake that was rich and chocolatey. Both definitely hit the spot!
