Driving From Miami
Since I am located in Miami, I drove to West Palm Beach, and to be honest, the drive wasn’t so bad. It only took me one hour and 5 minutes to arrive to the hotel. I was expecting the drive to be much longer, but since the hotel is right off of the highway, it was very easy to get to!
Upon arriving to The Hilton, I checked in around noon and was given a check in baggie of two bottles of water, which I thought was such a nice touch! When I reached my room, I had delicious chocolate covered strawberries waiting in my room with two bottles of sparking water. The room was spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the pool area which is incredible! The pool area is the prettiest part about this hotel in my opinion! From the courtyard with bistro lights, to the cabanas and bar area, I would just come for brunch by the pool even if I wasn’t staying here!
Where To Eat
Hands down, you must go to the Restoration Hardware restaurant. I had heard about this restaurant when it opened, but didn’t understand how a home décor store could have a restaurant. Well, I was blown away! This Restoration Hardware is a free standing building right when you exit the highway. It is directly next to the hotel, which is convenient.
Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach
Recently renovated, the Galley is an amazing restaurant and bar that is perfect for a night out with friends or your significant other. When we ate dinner at Galley, they had a live band playing who were incredible! The Galley has a wide variety of meal options, from delicious pizza, fresh sushi and their renowned steak, there is something for everyone! I highly recommend Galley, even if you are just passing by for a drink and want to sit outside by the fire.
Poolside at The Hilton West Palm Beach
If you are looking for a relaxing environment, and want to eat brunch or lunch by the pool, then I highly recommend renting a cabana on a Saturday at the Hilton, and ordering food. The scenery is amazing and the food was delicious!
Where to Shop
CityPlace is right across the street from The Hilton West Palm Beach. In 2 minutes flat, you will be in the mix of restaurants, shops and entertainment! They have stores like H&M, Lucky Brand, Anthropologie and so much more!
One of my favorite shops was the WPB Collective, which is a local collaboration of pop-up shops, artisans and creatives that showcase different Palm Beach County goods like Pumphouse Coffee (which was delicious), Lola Chiq, Vagabond Apparel, Dreamallows and Moonlight Radiance. I purchased the most gorgeous necklaces from Vagabond Apparal, and have been wearing them non-stop since I got them!
On Saturday morning, we woke up and walked across the street to Anushka Spa which is located in CityPlace. The spa is beautiful and serene and offers an array of services from haircuts, massages, cellulite treatments, nails, and much more. I had a pedicure, which was quite relaxing for just waking up in the morning!
Dinner Event with Swank Farms and Jackson Family Wines
On Saturday night, the Hilton hosted an event called “Farm To Table”, which was a wine dinner with members from the Jackson Family Wine company, and featured meals prepared by Award winning Executive Chef Miguel Santiago using Swank Specialty Produce. It was a four course meal, and was held in their restaurant, Manor, which was such a gorgeous setting! From the wine, to the food and all the presentations, I had such a wonderful evening and everything was spectacular!
