One of my favorite things about the holiday season is receiving our family and friends holiday cards. It is a little something special that they take time out of their busy schedules to send to us, and I truly appreciate and enjoy receiving them! In an age where we just text, email or socialize on social media, there is something so nice about getting a holiday card in the mail. So this year, I decided that Tyronne and I would start the tradition of sending out holiday cards to all of our friends and family. And of course, I would only use my favorite company Minted to help us create the perfect holiday cards!
This past weekend, my husband and I had the opportunity to go and see Disney’s Freaky Friday show opener for Slow Burn Theatre’s season in the Amaturo Theater at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts!
If I could pick three words to describe the show, it would be “Vibrant, Heart-Warming, and Quirky“. Vibrant because the actors and actresses performed so well and with such great energy! It was super funny, and was so engaging as an audience member. Heart-warming because of the story between the mother and daughter. You wanted them to come together in the end and resolve their issues, which they do. It was a great show to take your families too, because it had a wonderful lesson. And quirky because of how dynamic all of the characters were. Each character’s personally really shined through and you found yourself connecting with them on some level.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Disney’s Freaky Friday to all of my friends and family members. Like I said, this is a great performance to take the kids too. People of all ages will really enjoy themselves and will definitely leave the theater with a smile on their face! I have to applaud Slow Burn Theatre for putting together such a wonderful performance that was entertaining, engaging and exciting to watch!

It’s no secret that one of the best collaborations that Target has ever done is with Who What Wear. Every time they bring out new clothing, women rush to the stores to find the best pieces, including me! Well, this denim midi dress is from the collection, and I am in love with it.
It’s officially the holiday season! How it is December already, I have no idea. This year FLEW by. But to prepare for your holiday shopping, I wanted to start creating some gift guides for you all. Buying presents can be quite a tedious task, and quite expensive. So that is why I wanted to start of with this guide with gifts under $25! Yes, $25! Super affordable right? Whether for your wife, girlfriend, sister, mom, aunt, or best friend, these items will definitely please your loved one!

Happy shopping everyone!
I want to start this post off by saying that I love to shop and have new clothing, shoes, accessories, etc., just like most girls. And since I love to shop, I have come to love the finer things in life. But the finer things in life cost a lot of money, unfortunately. And I am definitely not able to go out and buy the newest and latest designer trends. I have to save up for them. Sometimes for years. Well that is what happened with these beautiful heels!

Bikini Top: Juicy Couture, Shorts: Mossimo by Target (Similar) , Body Chain: Kiani Collection, Sandals: Steve Madden
About a year ago now, I came across this Juicy Couture bathing suit top at a Marshalls in their Clearance section. I do not think I own anything Juicy Couture, minus their perfume, so I pretty excited when I scored this top. There wasn’t a bottom to go with it, so I just wear a white bikini bottom to go with it, and it works out fine.
I hope you all have a great weekend celebrating Easter and being with your families. I will talk to you soon, so come back to visit with me!
Recently, The Hollywood Reporter named their Top 25 Power Stylists of 2014. The stylist are picked based off their A- list clientele and their flawless styling skills during red carpet season. The stylist I was most excited to find out about was Micaela Erlanger, who styles my favorite fashionista, Lupita Nyong’o. Micaela also styles Michelle Dockery of Downton Abbey, who I love as well. After the stylists were named, Jimmy Choo hosted the Top 25 Power Stylist Luncheon in West Hollywood. This was the 2nd annual event to honor fabulous stylist of the year. If you have the chance, check out the article and find out who this years top stylists were!
Thanks for visiting with me today!
Day 2 of our trip to Boston was a lot of fun! I finally went back to my alma mater, Boston College, and took a cheesy photo next to the Boston College entrance. I truly miss being a student and living the college life with all of my college friends, so I was so happy to visit my old stomping grounds. I wish those four years didn’t go by so quickly because when I look back, it was probably the best time in my life. After we visited the school, Tyronne and I met up with some of my old college roommates at a delicious seafood restaurant in the city. Tyronne always tells me that Florida’s seafood is nothing like New England seafood, so it was only right that we eat seafood while up north. We had to go get a bowl of clam chowder; that goes without saying. Everything was delicious and it was so nice to spend the evening with good company.
I hope everyone’s week is going well! Thank you for visiting with me tonight.
