Yesterday, Tyronne and I attended my friend from high schools wedding! It was held at a beautiful venue in Homestead, Miami called The Cooper Estate, and the weather was perfect yesterday for a wedding. It was about 60 degrees in the evening and during the ceremony, the highest temperature was about 75. I had to text her early in the afternoon before we attended the wedding to say how goregous the weather was for her, because as we all know, it can get pretty hot here in Miami. I would describe the venue as rustic meets classic. The wood estate and candle-lit dinner provided a warm environment for guests, and outside the dinner, where cocktail hour was held features “a sunken grotto with waterfalls, rare exotic palms and massive mature oaks with moonlighting”.
I am so happy the Brittney and Brett finally got hitched. It has been a long time coming because they have been together for close to 10 years (I think… but it is something very long). They couldn’t be more of an ideal couple. You know people who you see together and think “gosh they are perfect for one another”, well that is Brittney and Brett. They truly look like one another’ soul mates and I was so happy I was able to attend their wedding and be a part of their special day.
